Kenny Chesney's new traditional tinged country style is closer to the style of hard rock pop and this is the result of the influence of the '70s FM radio stations. Born in Knoxville – the same city where Chet Atkins was born – he did not have a strong musical childhood and his entire musical career is the result of hard work and not of the influence of the personal network. He entered the world of country music completely by accident during his marketing studies at East Tennessee State University. He received a guitar for Christmas and soon he started playing country and bluegrass with some of his college friends. His tunes are oscillating between high-end radio music songs and special musical dedications, loaded with a lot of emotions balanced with the force of his powerful voice.
