Danny Gokey had his first encounter with the big music as a candidate for the ‘American Idol’, the eighth season. He positioned in the third place, after Kris Allen and the second place, Adam Lambert. Following his successful presence at the ‘Idol’ he got a good contract with RCA Nashville that helped him to launch his solo career. His debut was with the single ‘My Best Days Are Ahead of Me’, that automatically entered the charts on the 55th position. In March 2010, he released his debut album ‘My Best Days’.
